1. Structure: A composite sandwich panel construction of fiberglass + Polyurethane (PU) foam

2. Panel Thickness: The bottom floor utilizes a 100mm thick sandwich panel; all other wall and roof panels are 80mm thick.

3. Insulation Core: Features a new generation of PU foam with virtually zero thermal conductivity. With a consistent density of 42kg/m³, the insulation meets the stringent national AAA performance standard.

4. Surface Coating: Both the interior and exterior surfaces are laminated with a 2mm thick, hand-laid Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) skin.

5. Hardware & Framing: All hardware, including the aluminum profile framework and corner protectors, is constructed from durable 304 Stainless Steel.

6. Chassis Integration: The body is securely fixed to the channel steel sub-frame using a combination of high-strength structural adhesive and mechanical screws, ensuring a rigid and permanent bond.

7. Manufacturing Process: All panels are produced using advanced German high-pressure vacuum infusion technology, guaranteeing optimal material distribution and a void-free core.
